These terms form an agreement between you and Carlson Nfor, trading as CarlyX Inbox AI ("CarlyX", "we", "us"), the provider of the CarlyX Inbox AI service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use CarlyX on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
CarlyX Inbox AI connects to a mailbox you authorise, classifies incoming messages, drafts suggested replies and follow-ups, and tracks leads. Suggested replies are never sent without your explicit approval. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you select.
CarlyX uses AI models to classify messages and draft text. You are responsible for your inputs, for reviewing every draft before sending it, and for having the rights to any content you submit. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You must not use CarlyX to generate illegal content, deceptive impersonation, hate speech, or malware, or to attempt to bypass model safeguards.
You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Rights-holders may contact us to request removal of infringing content; we may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
We retain all ownership of the CarlyX Inbox AI software, documentation, and branding. No rights are transferred to you other than the licence described above.
We work to keep CarlyX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
CarlyX is sold on monthly subscriptions: Starter at €19 per month and Pro at €30 per month, with a 14-day Pro trial that does not require a card. Payment, billing, tax, currency, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or through Paddle. When access ends you may export your data during a reasonable window, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the courts there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
